*Note: You do not need “www”  before KristenHendrix.metagenics.com

1.  In upper right corner select "Create Account".

2.  Select "Patient Account".

3.  Complete required information including: Name, Email address, Set Password and click "Register"
You will receive an email confirmation with your log-in email.  Remember your log-in email and password for future orders. 

4. You are all set and are ready to place your Metagenics order!
